Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communication Development: Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to draft, edit, and refine internal communications messaging and strategic campaigns.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality firmwide communications, including announcements, blog posts, live event scripts, and video content, ensuring clarity and precision in conveying complex information.
Knowledge Sharing: Enhance internal knowledge sharing by working on various media projects and improving connectivity across the firm.
Editorial Excellence: Support a range of content initiatives, from market analysis to company news, maintaining high editorial standards.
About You
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree with a strong record of academic and professional achievement.
Experience: Three to five years of professional internal communications within financial services.
Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, keen attention to detail, sound judgment, and a high level of discretion.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels, both within and outside the team.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive Salary: Annual base salary range of $100,000 to $150,000, complemented by a variable compensation package, including a year-end bonus.
