We are seeking a talented and experienced Internal Communications Specialist to join a global industry-leading law firm's communications team to support the US and the Americas.
This role involves managing various internal communications projects, creating compelling content, and leveraging engagement tools to strengthen the firm’s communication strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and optimization of the U.S. and Americas intranet pages.
- Create and develop the content calendar, contribute to developing engaging content for a diverse audience for internal announcements, updates and other comms.
- Assist and collaborate with various departments to develop internal communications supporting the firm’s responsible business initiatives, people-focused priorities, and distinct practice groups.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of both in-person and virtual meetings and initiatives.
- Assist in the development and execution of internal communications on behalf of firm leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, language or related field.
- At least three years of experience in internal communications, preferably within a professional service or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in using internal communication & content management tools and managing intranet content.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with DEI and Pro Bono communication strategies.
