As they continue to drive their technology and cultural transformation across the EMEA region, they are seeking a talented Internal Communications Manager to join their team.
About the Role
The Internal Communications Manager will play a crucial role in shaping effective and engaging internal communication strategies. Reporting to the Head of Communications EMEA, the successful candidate will collaborate with key business areas to ensure alignment with the organisation’s global business objectives.
Working alongside a highly experienced communications professional who is an exceptional mentor, the Internal Communications Manager will help foster an environment where employees feel connected, engaged, and informed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Communications to design and execute the EMEA internal communications strategy for approximately 15,000 employees
- Support the delivery of an executive communications programme for senior management
- Enhance engagement with internal intranet and social tools to promote consistent messaging
- Create and launch an employee-focused e-magazine/newsletter to share inspiring content and updates
- Measure the effectiveness of internal communications through metrics and pulse surveys.
- Partner with HR and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee to support and communicate key initiatives
About You:
The ideal candidate will be:
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
- Capable of crafting compelling content and developing effective communication strategies
- Possess exceptional writing and communication skills to convey complex messages clearly and memorably
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities is essential.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in internal communications, either as a Senior Executive or Internal Communications Manager, ideally across EMEA regions
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality written communications across various platforms
- Experience in managing in-person and hybrid events
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office 365
