Our global investment management client is seeking an experienced Communications Specialist to join their Corporate Communications team for a 12-month contract. This role will work closely with regional communications managers to support and deliver effective internal and external communications. The role will mainly focus on internal communications with likely an 80/20 split.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage content for internal channels, including intranet articles, emails, and event scripts.
  • Coordinate hybrid events, supporting both virtual and in-person staff engagement.
  • Produce and edit video content for internal use and liaising with external vendors as needed.
  • Collaborate with various teams to drive employee engagement and communicate key initiatives.
  • Assist with external communications, including drafting media releases and social media posts.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong copywriting and content management skills, particularly using Microsoft SharePoint 365.
  • Proven experience in event coordination, ideally with hybrid/virtual formats.
  • Basic video production and editing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
